A holiday favorite

Fortune 500 grocery company needs POS displays

Our client is a large consumer packaged goods company supplying beloved holiday staples to dinner tables across the country. They reached out to us to produce point of sale (POS) displays for the upcoming Thanksgiving and Christmas season.

The challenge

Due to limited production capacity at the customer’s facility, the components of the display had to be produced over several months leading up to the holiday season. Each component required storage until every piece was ready for assembly.

The outcome

  • We provided more than 100,000 square feet of food grade storage distribution space

  • We built 18,000+ POS display pallets in several different configurations

  • We coordinated with the customer, the carriers, and the grocers to deliver hundreds of truckloads and less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments across the continental United States

  • We were rewarded with their seasonal business and much more

The

solution

The volume of this project required 100,000 square feet of food grade distribution space over 9 months, and the capability to ship 400 truckloads in a small window. This frees up the client’s production space in order to meet their seasonal timeline.
